Two costs, kept apart

1. Your FlowSocial plan

This pays for the platform and your assistant: choosing who should see your ad, posting at your best times, and watching your budget. It is the price shown above.

2. Your ad budget

You decide this for every ad, as a daily amount and a number of days. It is paid straight to Facebook from your own ad account, so the money and the results always stay yours.

Questions about paying

Do I need a card to start?
No. You create an account and get everything, including ads, for the length of the free trial without entering a card.
What happens when the trial ends?
You stay on the free Starter plan and can keep posting. You only pay if you want ads and more brands.
Is my ad budget included in the price?
No, they are two separate things. Your plan pays for the platform and your assistant. Your ad budget is set by you and paid straight to Facebook from your own ad account. FlowSocial never holds it.
Will you take money from me automatically?
No. We never renew your plan automatically. You choose to renew each month or year, and we remind you before your plan ends.
Can the assistant spend more than I allow?
No. Every ad starts switched off and only you can turn it on. You set the daily budget and the number of days. The assistant can lower a budget or pause an ad to protect you, but it never raises your spending.
