1Who can use {BRAND}
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract.
- If you use FlowSocial for a business or a client, you confirm you are allowed to act for them.
- Give us true details, keep your password private, and tell us straight away at help@flowsocial.site if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
2What {BRAND} does
FlowSocial helps you plan and approve posts, publish them to Facebook and Instagram, create and watch ads in your own Meta ad account, see your results, and write with the help of AI. Posting to other apps (such as X, LinkedIn or TikTok) is planned in the calendar, and you post it yourself.
We keep improving the service, so features may change. If we remove something important you pay for, we will tell you first.
3Your content
- Everything you upload or write — posts, pictures, videos, logos, comments — stays yours.
- You give us permission to store it, show it to the people you share your brand with, and publish it where and when you approve. This permission ends when you delete the content, except for copies already published on Facebook or Instagram, which you control there.
- You confirm you have the right to use what you upload, including music, photos of people and brand names.
4Your ads and your ad money
- Ads run in your own Meta ad account. You pay Meta (Facebook and Instagram) directly for ads. FlowSocial never holds your ad money, and our plan price does not include it.
- Every ad starts switched off. Nothing is posted or spent until you or someone you gave permission approves it.
- To protect you, the assistant may pause an ad or lower its budget when it costs more than the limit you set. It never raises a budget by itself. It may suggest a raise — at most one fifth more, once a day — which only happens if you tap yes.
- You are responsible for your ads following the law and Meta's Advertising Standards. Meta may reject or stop ads, or limit your ad account, under its own rules, and we can't overrule that.
- Results from Meta can arrive late or change. Check your ad account directly if an exact figure matters for a decision.
5Writing with AI
The AI suggestions — captions, plans, audiences and advice — are a starting point, not a professional opinion. AI can be wrong, out of date or unsuitable for your market. Read everything before you approve it; once you approve, it is your post or ad.
Each plan includes a monthly number of AI uses, shared by all your brands. Free and trial accounts also share a daily limit, and AI needs a confirmed email address. These limits keep the service fair and affordable for everyone.
6Plans, payments and the free trial
- Prices are shown in naira on our Pricing page and are paid through our payment provider, Squad. Your card details go to them, not to us.
- We never renew your plan automatically. You choose to pay for each month or year, and we remind you a few days before your plan ends. If you don't renew, you move to the free Starter plan and keep your work.
- There is one free trial per person. We may give no trial to accounts that look like repeat sign-ups, for example the same person using many emails or temporary email addresses. Those accounts can still use the free plan.
- Because nothing renews without you, we don't usually refund a period you have already started. If something went wrong — for example you were charged twice, or the service didn't work — write to help@flowsocial.site within 14 days and we will put it right fairly.
- We may change prices. A new price applies only from your next payment, never to time you have already paid for.
7Teams, agencies and clients
- Owners and admins of a brand decide who joins and what they can do. They are responsible for the people they invite.
- Client review links let someone approve posts without an account. Anyone with the link can use it while it is active, so share it only with your client. Links stop working after 30 days, and you can switch one off at any time.
- If you manage brands for clients, you are responsible for having their permission to use their pages, ad accounts and content.
8What you must not do
- Use FlowSocial for anything illegal, scams, fake products, hate, harassment or adult content, or to mislead people.
- Send spam, or post or advertise for pages and ad accounts you don't have permission to use.
- Try to break into, overload, copy or take apart the service, or get around its limits — for example by making many accounts to collect free trials or AI uses.
- Share your login. Invite team members instead, so each person has their own.
If you break these rules we may limit, pause or close your account. Where it is fair and safe, we will tell you why first and give you a chance to fix it.
9Keeping the service running
We work hard to keep FlowSocial running day and night, but we can't promise it will never be slow or unavailable — for example during maintenance, or when Facebook, Instagram, our AI or hosting providers have problems. If a post can't be sent, it is marked as not sent so you can send it again.
10No promise of sales
We help the right people see your posts and ads and we watch your spending, but we can't promise likes, followers, leads or sales. Results also depend on your product, price, pictures, offer, website and market, and on Meta.
11Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for providing the service with reasonable care and skill. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for lost profits or sales, for money spent on ads you approved, or for decisions Meta or other services make about your pages, ads or accounts. If we are responsible for a loss, the most we will pay is what you paid us in the three months before it happened.
Nothing in these terms takes away rights the law gives you that can't be taken away.
12Leaving {BRAND}
You can stop using FlowSocial at any time, and ask us to delete your account — see our Delete your data page. We may close accounts that break these terms, or that have been unused for a long time after a clear warning by email.
13Changes and the law
If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top and tell you about important changes before they take effect. If you keep using FlowSocial after that, the new terms apply.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. If we disagree, let's first try to sort it out by talking — write to help@flowsocial.site. If we can't, the courts of Nigeria will decide.
